In addition to the MBBS and postgraduate programs, AIIMS offers super-specialty courses such as Doctorate of Medicine (DM) and Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) in various disciplines. Eligibility for DM courses requires an MD in the relevant specialty, while M.Ch. candidates must possess an MS in General Surgery. The upper age limit for these courses is 35 years, with a relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates; however, there is no age limit for sponsored candidates.
