Do fengshui items really work?
Maybe. Maybe not. It depends on how you think they work. Many people have the misconception that the simple act of placing an item at a particular position or facing a direction would miraculously bring them wealth, ensure health or great success. That’s not how fengshui works.
At Way Fengshui Group, fengshui is defined as the study of an individual and his relationship to his environment. Our destiny is born with us. We cannot change our qualities, strengths, and weaknesses, but we can design spaces, plan environments, and select the best dates that work with them. Working with our nature (not against) brings out our very best.

In the case of fengshui items, there’s no magic involved. Fengshui is about energy (qi). Depending on the material, form, colour, etc. of the ‘fengshui items’, they can enhance or bring forth positive influences to help you work towards your desired outcome. The keywords being you and what you do.
In ancient China, a sceptre is a symbol of authority, often associated with career progression. Positioning it in your study room can serve as a motivational source for one to strive on. As you put in hard work, you’d undoubtedly earn a job promotion sooner than later. Depending on the material of the fengshui item (e.g. mineral or crystals), energisation [加持] can further manifest certain energies.

Energisation of fengshui items [加持]
Everything has a magnetic field. Energisation refers to the activation or opening of a connection point to allow the flow of energy from one source to another. When an item goes through energisation, energy is enhanced and a connection between the owner and the item is established. For example, in the case of crystals, minerals and gemstones, purifying and energising ensure each item emits resonating frequencies to aid the wearer.
